◆事前決済におけるキャンセルポリシー
・予約は前日15:00までインターネットよりキャンセルをお願いします。キャンセル期限以降は返金できません。
・キャンセル手続きは申し込み時発行の予約IDが必要です。予約確定メールにキャンセル方法を記載していますのでご確認ください。メールやお電話でのキャンセルはお受けできません。

◆Advance payment cancellation policy
・ Reservations must be cancelled online by 3:00 p.m. on the day before the reservation. No refunds will be made after this cancellation deadline.
